There is a TON of spin-off, but what's impressive is how many volumes they last.
-Lost Canvas has 42 volumes
-Episode G has 41 volume and Requiem is still ongoing
-Saintia Sho has 16 volumes
-Dark Wing and Rerise of Poseidon are still ongoing
You have a few other spin-off that are one-shots (Kurumada All-Stars, Omega) and some high-quality doujins that I recommend (Zeus, Chaos, Asgard Saga). Except for Go Nagai with Mazinger and Devilman I can't think of many franchise that has so many long running spin-off
