why did you choose the TV version over movies 1-2 that have extra scenes instead?

At end of the movie 2 there’s an additional minute or so introducing a new character that doesn’t appear in the TV version

Speaking of the recap movies, they’re absolutely not simply a better version of the anime.
At the end of the day they’re recap movies, even if they cut way less than other recap movies do, they still removed a few scenes, dialogue that is important moving forward (With Ozen), and switched around the OST at a pretty popular emotional scene (No Hanezeve Caradhina, oof). You can look at what was removed and changed in detail if you look it up.
They’re a really nice watch AFTER watching Season 1 for these two small additional scenes. One at the start of Movie 1 (Around 3 min long), and one at the end of Movie 2 (Around 1 min long). And you can just watch these by themselves.
But I’d never tell someone to watch them instead of S1, especially since you’re not really saving that much time, and what you’re getting is an inferior experience.

i watched both movies before 3rd movie as a recap just to refresh my memory and I’m too lazy to watch TV version again
