You guys should check out Kineko Video. Funimation got rid of the original 16mm film print for Dragon Ball and Kineko got their hands on it, they've been doing 4K scans and posting it on their twister and youtube channel.

A 4:3 HD 4K release... Holy shit it's beautiful. Thanks.
