Her third studio release in 1983, seventh overall in her discography and her last album of new material recorded for Discomate (unless if you count “Junko The Live” from 1984).
Pretty amazing year for her to be honest, considering also released that time was her more-underrated album, “Lonely Girl” which I guess is the start of Junko exploring the more “City Pop” style with a mix of her usual Adult Contemporary (AOR) music. Now that this album is a celebrated treasure, mostly due to the song “黄昏のBay City” which YouTube decided to let us discover just a few years ago.
For this expanded edition, I decided to add some bonus tracks to this release including the B-sides to the two singles released for this album, “Naturally” and yes, “黄昏のBay City”. Also included are the two single A-sides’ respective single edits (shorter edit for " 黄昏のBay City" while “Naturally” has a cleaner fade-out), the superior 12" single version for “黄昏のBay City” and more edits of “綿雪 & 銀紙星” and “No!” since those two are segued together in the original album. Now that’s all out of the way, let us enjoy this magnificent City Pop album :>
