That’s impossible. It has never had any home release in Japan. And the last tv rebroadcast of it happened in the early 90s.

These series have good dvdrips here on nyaa and in some cases in a better quality than what I have.
Hana yori Dango r2j dvdrip with seeds and movie link. I think this is the best quality for this show. I have old dual audio rip from a4e.
Miracle Shoujo Limit-chan from saiei. There are seeds here too. I lost this show-__-.

And anidb shows that even the people from utatane do not have Robotan. No information about video rips of it.

I have no episodes from your list. But Sekai Meisaku Douwa: Mori wa Ikite Iru you can find here. It seems like 1 seed there.
I think you are looking for japanese raw releases.
You can try to download them from other section and delete unnecessary tracks and subtitles with something like mkvtoolnix.
I haven’t been looking for anything for a long time. There is no time for that. But if I ever find raw rips or buy dvd etc. from your list I’ll upload them for you.

i prefer raw, but i have no problem with any embedded subtitle/ languages, i just need to turn off later.
and most of old animes are on raw section thats why i searched on raw category first :v
