**Hazamatsuri** is a student-produced independent animation from 2014 about a festival on the threshold between the human world and the spirit world. It was directed by Yoshie EZAKI (江崎好絵).
This short had been uploaded to YouTube, but it has since been taken down. I had ripped it before it was taken down (but only in 1080p).

Rename it to `[Magai] Hazamatsuri (WEB 1080p Opus) [21AB4359].ass` and put it in the same folder as the video and you'll have subs with improved typesetting.
