@Haezard - Here's an example of what a Sub file looks like before it's merged into the final mkv or mp4 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aegisub#/media/File:Aegisub_screenshot.png So the reason this is difficult to do if you don't have a bot that can just take the product from the "usual" sources is that you have to use a tool to setup what is going to be shown AND when. It's why you need to know which RAW your sub has been timed against if you DL them separately. Hope this helps!

@NaweG did you ever tried to use Aegisub? Bcs i did it. No way to do this kind of shit if you pay some attention when you work with Aegisub. Half of the conversation are missing, bcs it was never subbed, but must be translated.

I don't like official subtitles. They are done by companies that often get a lot of the Japanese context WRONG! By the way this is not fansubbing. This is machine translating subbing. The fansub community died a long time ago. For current new shows there is only 1 or 2 groups I know that fansubs from scratch. WITHOUT using machine translation. And they don't release regularly. Everything else is just rips from streaming sites. I miss the days of Pre 2016 and earlier when people did proper fansubbing with blood,sweat, tears and soul. Can someone properly fansub this show, also maybe add Karaoke tracks for the opening and endings? Because for one I hate funimation and netflix subs. They are shit. Not as bad as machine translation but they are stale and dull.

There are foreign fansubs for Komi which is pretty high quality, quick one with sign tl released in a day. Luckily I can read Ch, but not so lucky for En I guess.
