Or... You just configure your player/app to load the subs to go along with the Japanese audio? Most players also have advanced features to ignore forced or default subs first, in case you are dealing with a release that have "op/ed only" subs as default/forced. Unless you trying to play this directly in a DVD player or some shit, which i doubt is possible in most cases since those are MKV files, there is no point in going through all this trouble to set default subs in every episode.
