Encoder’s Note

• The source is debilinearly upscaled from 720 to 1080. Debilinear function was used to reverse the upscaling.
• Fillmargin, FixRowBrightness, and BalanceBordersMod2 were used to correct for orphan pixels and unevenly lit lines.
• Excessive haloing and edge enhancement were ameliorated with subtle filtering using FineDehalo.
