This isn't a Funimation dub. It was done by Bang Zoom for Bandai Entertainment's original US Witch Hunter Robin DVD release, back in 2003-04. Funimation just re-used the same dub for their 2018 re-release.

@johanneskrauserII Not surprising there isn't an 1080p release, many hate upscales of early 2000's digital shows.

@johanneskrauserII -- Witch Hunter Robin has never been released on Blu-Ray in either the US, Japan, or elsewhere. Even if it got a BD release, it would be an upscale of SD digital materials (as with virtually all early/mid-2000s titles), so 720p is about the most we could realistically hope for. And that's assuming they don't screw up the upscaling process and wind up with something that looks worse than DVD.
