Split lines instead of doubled hyphens, with either topsubs or modified border color. Shortened/retimed some lines with high CPS. Adjusted subtitle placement for readability purposes. Italics for thoughts. Long vowels are spelled out, e.g. Shouzou instead of Shozo, but note that the in-series romaji convention largely omits long vowels. Chapters, so you can skip the OP and ED faster (but why would you). (Also removed commas around "too" despite that being technically incorrect because it looks awful. Names are still in western order because (i) it doesn't matter, stop making a fuss over it and (ii) I can't be bothered to fix it.) Since last episode, these releases have been based off of Erai's subtitles (which already have partially-fixed fine timing and very basic typesetting), which also means that it'll take less time for me to clean up the nonsense.
