This is only the subtitle file. It's timed to the Blu Ray. (There can be smaller offset changes for a few frames, depending on the source video) It contains improvements compared to my first version: - Now there are two versions, with and without honorifics. - I tried to translate and typeset every major and semi-major detail, including the tweets, news reports, etc. for those who like to pause the movie and look for extra details. - All the songs are translated by me (except Ai ni dekiru, where I used the official lyrics) and they have Romaji for singalong too. - Fixed remaining typos and errors from the previous version. - The subtitle uses not-default fonts, they are included with the release. the video quality was noticeably worse for your name (less detail, had banding, wrong FPS). i imagine the same will be true again this time.

Thank you so much..... This subtitle has everything I can ask for. For Your Name movie, I has problem looking for similar subtitle which had songs lyrics but for this movie you have done a very good job. No Problem in syncing/any other issue. Once again Thank you so much I watched it with this one: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1249981 It had subtitles but I preferred your subtitles.

Yes thats what im trying to say, Dynit is quite slow.. at best its end of year but with the virus i would say 1 whole year if not 2

@opol usually they're given an holdback of 6 months from the jp bd, kimi no na wa was a particular case where it was only 3 months. that being said, this time Rona slowed down things, so they haven't really started working on it, but it'll eventually come out

@periffery @Rokudaime It should work with any untouched BD release, or with your own BD. As there always can be 1-2 frame off releases, maybe sometimes it’s necessary to manually adjust the offset, but from my experience, mostly even that isn’t needed. @hatsu20 Obviously, I’m happy if other people can find it useful and translate to their own languages! Make sure to mention it came from us, but other than that, I’m happy to contribute ^^

@lnlyhikikomori At 1:06:10 (line 989 of .ass in both sub versions) it says "I have to to protect myself.". The blu-ray translation has "I've got to protect myself" as a general statement, so I am assuming the second "to " is a typo. Maybe it was meant as "I had to to protect myself."? I Had to (kick him out) [in order] to protect myself. Otherwise, amazing work! Thanks for doing what you do!

@Compgeek Whops, it was definitely something like that. I try to read the subtitles for the movies I translate during watching them (besides proofreading) to spot errors, but this somehow stayed there even after tens of rewatches haha Thank you for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed it! ^^

@hatsu20 Whops, sorry I forgot it stopped working with 2.80 There is a newer version of the plugin on this page: https://github.com/Subarashii-no-Fansub/AAE-Export/blob/blender-2.80/aae-export.py If you use this, it will work with the newest Blender version.

Thanks for the reply. I thought I have to install the older version since when I'm searching for the solutions, I can only found that the plugin must have a match version with the blender.

Thank you! I put it all in an MKS file (Matroska Subtitle) with the fonts and added name labels to identify the w/ & w/o honorifics subtitles when I pull them up. Works great, and it's all in one 1,174 KB file on windows machine.
