I also have the same question about your Super Dragon Ball Heroes upload after this one. I posted the question there, but you can answer here instead if you want. Also someone uploaded all the Dragon Ball Heroes episodes or movies in 2012 at the following link https://nyaa.iss.one/view/328612 and the torrent is dead now. If you or anyone else has them it would be really great to make a torrent for that one day.

Hi dude. The "movies" on that torrent are the same as the cutscenes in my torrents. They are the animated promotions for each set of the card game, along with openings from the console games. So yes, they are from the games, not the webseries. You're not missing anything, except for the World Mission cutscenes which are fairly recent and I haven't gotten them yet.

I thought that old torrent was for animated episodes for the original Dragon Ball heroes arcade game like what is happening with Super Dragon Ball Heroes now. It’s good to know that old torrent was the same as what you uploaded here. Actually that old torrent is low quality, so what you uploaded is far better for almost all the videos. Edit: Actuall I just noticed something, the last 3 folders in this torrent you uploaded are labeled with dates past the year 2012, and the old torrent I linked to was uploaded in 2012. Does that mean that those videos cannot be the same?

No idea buddy, he might have collected all the videos, including the game footage CG ones. I don't personally care about those, only the animated ones. I can guarantee that the ones I uploaded are all the animated ones available.
