The video is clearly upscaled. The audio is: 1: Japanese which is cam-rip quality as it's too quiet plus the audience can be heard. 2: English which is the better quality and clean audio. If this was released without the Japanese audio, it would be a good dubbed version until the official release.

This was a DVDSCRN-like release leaked by a FUNimation employee. Who knows if this can have an effect on TOEI and FUNi's deals.

Someone please tell me which realiste is the best one yet (give me torrent link if is not a problem) and does anyone know if some better realise is gonna come out until bluray is out?

I'd suggest this release: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1114431 The Blu-ray is scheduled to be published around December 2019 but there's been an image from the FUNimation Store it's somehow coming out in April 2019. Time will tell.
