The video files in season 2 use linked segments / ordered chapters, and require the OP/ED tracks to be downloaded and in the same folder to actually have them show up in the episodes. It might be really bad practice and break Plex and all other media center software, but that's neither here nor there- they're missing here, so the second season won't have OP/EDs play unless you download them yourself.
