@naiyas You're welcome. Enjoy! I'm not gonna do all of Studio Ghibli movies, only the ones I like. I've already done most of them, only 3-4 movies are left, which I'll release in this month, most probably.
Its great to see updated versions of all these classics, but isn't the bit rate unnecessarily high for an x265 encode? x265 is something close to 10x more space efficient than x264 for equivalent image quality. I would think that a 5 GB file size is plenty.

@maxbraketorque There are many other encodes for that kind of size. You can grab those if you like them. As for my encodes, I like to keep picture close to source as much as possible. According to x265 devs half bitrate of that of source should be equal quality to that of source in most of cases. I'm also keeping this in mind and usually try not to go past that. Also I'm not aiming for jus compression, I'm aiming for quality encode that could be equivalent to the source. (and I personally like grainy stuff, so you'll find no harsh filters that'll kill the details/texture of the picture). At the end, it's on end user if they want this kind of quality. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@maxbraketorque Look for bonkai77 and such, those mini encodes give priority to file size over quality. Also x265 is much more efficient at lower qualities and high resolutions, at high bitrates is still more efficient than x264, but nothing silly like 10x. Lastly 5gb could be enough, it depends on the source, the more texture and/or grain the less compressible. @Kira_SEV " I’m aiming for quality encode that could be equivalent to the source. (and I personally like grainy stuff, so you’ll find no harsh filters that’ll kill the details/texture of the picture)." Excellent way of thinking
